Mango Ginger Flip

per serving:
1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/4 cup Mango Puree
1 bottle Monterey Ginger Beer (non alcoholic soda)

In beautiful glass, place scoop of ice cream. Pour mango puree over top. Pour on the soda until bubbles reach the top. Sit back and enjoy.
