BBQ Corn Wedges

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Do this to serve for an outside party or event!

2 ears fresh corn on the cob
1/2 cup favorite barbecue sauce or salsa

Remove husk and silk from corn and cut corn into 2 inch chunks. Place corn chunks and sauce in glass or ceramic bowl. Cover with glass or ceramic plate, or even 1-2 leaves of the corn leaves, romaine or other big leaves. (do not use plastic!) Cook in microwave 3-4 minutes. Arrange on platter and serve as a finger food, providing plenty of napkins!
