Big Plate

1 pound lean ground meat
2-3 cloves garlic, slivered
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon Zip
1 cup hot salsa
2 cups cooked pintos, mashed or canned refried beans
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cups shredded Fontina or Swiss cheese
chopped tomatoes
sliced green onions
sour cream
avocado slices
tortilla or corn chips or crackers

Combine ground meat, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Zip in batter bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 2-3 minutes, or until meat is done. Add salsa and beans. Spread and pile it on a 12 inch glass or pottery plate (make sure plate fits in microwave oven). Sprinkle cheeses over mixture. Microwave on half power 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with tomatoes, onions, olives and dollop with cheese and avocado slices. Serve with chips or crackers for dipping.
