From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. These can be made on the dough setting in any machine, or can be kneaded by hand
1 1/4 cups warm water (not over 110 degrees!)
Upon completion of the dough cycle, remove dough. Form into rolls, place on a greased baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap loosely, and let rise in a warm draft-free location for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes.
