Or, simply add snipped fresh herbs to the salad greens, along with your own cooked beans or use a can of good quality beans without added preservatives, etc. (check the labels!!) 1/4 cup red wine vinegar Combine vinegars, herbs, orange zest, salt, pepper, sugar and oil in glass measuring cup and whisk well.
