Fromage Blanc with Smoked Salmon

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

7 - 8 ounces Fromage Blanc
1 tablespoon chopped chives
3 cloves minced garlic

4 ounces smoked salmon
sliced baguette

In bowl whisk or beat together the fromage blanc, chives and garlic. Gently stir in the smoked salmon to make a spread. Serve with freshly sliced baguette with chilled Sauvignon Blanc.
