Fromage Blanc with Smoked Salmon

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use any soft cheese, as desired, and any nice smoked salmon, large chunks or thin slices.....,all is so great with a nice white wine such as chilled Gewurztraminer. etc. !

7 - 8 ounces Fromage Blanc
1 tablespoon chopped chives
3 cloves minced garlic
4 ounces smoked salmon
sliced baguette

In bowl whisk or beat together the fromage blanc, chives and garlic. Gently stir in the smoked salmon to make a spread. Serve with freshly sliced baguette.
