Holiday Fruit Salad

peeled and sliced oranges
red and green grapes, rinsed
kiwis, peeled and sliced
spiced walnuts
mascarpone cheese
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract
dried cranberries for garnish
Mix fruit and nuts together. Blend vanilla into mascarpone. Mix cheese gently into the fruit mixture, garnish with dried cranberries and serve.
