Garlic Dipping or Drizzling Sauce
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve with veggies, grilled chicken, cheese dishes, prawns, etc.
1/4 cup flavorful beef or vegetable stock
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Cook and stir about 1 - 2 minutes. Pour into small serving dish and serve hot or cold as a dipping or drizzling sauce. This is especially wonderful with grilled fresh vegetables. Just arrange the grilled vegetables on a beautiful platter and drizzle with this sauce.
