Mint Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Especially good for lamb fondue!

1 cup cider or white wine vinegar
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Heat vinegar in a glass batter bowl 2 minutes in microwave oven. Add remaining ingredients, stir to dissolve sugar. Cool.
