Coffee Press (French Press)

per serving

2 tablespoons coarsely ground premium quality coffee beans
8 oz fresh water, just under the boiling point

Warm the coffee press with hot tap water. Put coarsely ground coffee into carafe, pour in hot water. Place the lid on the top and allow to stand 3-5 minutes. Plunge. Pour. Enjoy.
