Drip Coffee

per serving

2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee (medium grind)
6-8 oz water, just under the boil

Rinse the pot with hot tap water. Line the drip cone with either a paper or gold tone filter. Place ground coffee in the filter and pour water slowly over the grounds. When it has dripped through, serve.
