Add spice and water to cover by 2 inches. Bring to medium pressure, and cook for 25 minutes. (If the beans were pre-soaked, cook for only 10 minutes). Let pressure come down naturally, about 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dump beans into a baking dish, draining beans if necessary. Add remaining ingredients and bake for 20-30 minutes.
