Mint Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Great served with lamb.

3 tablespoons water
2 tablespons powdered sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves
1/3 - 1/2 cup cider vinegar (or strong white vinegar)

In glass measuring cup combine water and sugar. Microwave on high 30 seconds. Stir to dissolve sugar, adding more time if needed. Cool. Stir in mint and vinegar. Let steep about 30 minutes before serving.
