Sesame Seeded Coleslaw

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett,com. Divide everything in half if desired, but this also keeps nicely for 1 - 2 days in refrigerator.

3/4 - 1 head of cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup. toasted, sliced almonds
4 - 5 green onions, chopped

Dressing:
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar (unseasoned)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine cabbage, almonds and green onions in a large bowl. In glass measuring cup whisk together the dressing ingredients and toss gently and completely over the cabbage mixture. Serve, or chill and then serve.
