From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This recipe has been presented on several of Dorothy's television shows and Cooking Club gatherings. It gets requested often, so be prepared to repeat this one many times! Yes, it's just another salsa but has the special taste of fresh celery! Enjoy!

3 ribs celery, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely sliced green onion
1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 banana, sliced and diced

bread slices, chips, crackers, apple slices, etc. for dipping

Chop and dice the celery, onion, green onion, and jalapeno using a sharp chefs knife or food processor. Pour into a beautiful serving bowl, add salt, zest, juice, sugar and the diced banana. Toss, taste, adjust seasonings as desired and serve.
