So quick and easy to cook for yourself, and delicious as well!! 1-2 fresh fillets of petrale sole or fish steak such as sea bass, halibut or whatever... On a pottery, glass or ceramic dinner plate without any metal trim, arrange the fish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and dot with a little butter. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Cook in microwave using 3-5 minutes per pound of fish as your guide. Do not overcook! Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Arrange the orange segments on the plate, enjoy!
