This is the perfect answer when you have some extra strawberries or raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or a combination that need to be used asap! 2 cups fresh strawberries, or other berries or combination Wash and hull the berries. Slice into batter bowl. Add sugar and allow to stand 5 minutes. Mash well. Stir in pectin. Microwave on high 4 minutes, then on half power 6 minutes. Stir. Mixture should be slightly thickened.
