Fromage Blanc with Figs

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe book at For a dynamite appetizer with a good crispy white wine, add a tiny cooked scallop or baby shrimp.

crisp bread crackers or bruschetta
fromage blanc
fresh strawberry jam
sprinkle of freshly ground white peppercorns
dried or fresh figs

Spread the fromage blanc over each cracker. Top with just a dollop of strawberry jam. Sprinkle with a little pepper. Top with a fig.
