Brie with Strawberry Balsamic Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use any favorite flavorful jam, just change the name!

1/2 cup strawberry jam
1-2 tablespoons good quality balsamic vinegar or balsamic glazing sauce
1 wedge brie cheese
1 can olive oil packed tuna, drained
crackers or baguette slices
fresh herbs and/or edible flowers for garnish

Heat strawberry jam 30-40 seconds in glass measuring cup in microwave. Stir in balsamic vinegar. Arrange cheese on a beautiful platter, arrange tuna wedges on the platter, and arrange slices of bread or crackers around the edge. Drizzle the cheese with the strawberry glaze. Garnish with edible flowers and herbs.
