Beef Chuck roast
Potatoes to whip
Carrots
Garlic Cloves
Beef Broth
Bacon "5 strips"
Mushrooms
Onions
Mirassou Petit Sirah

Sauté mushrooms, onions. Sear beef on both sides, stud with cloves of garlic, lay strips of uncooked bacon over beef. Add beef broth and wine to cover meat. Be sure to use a tight seal dish as you do not want liquids to cook off. Cover dish and cook at 225 degrees for 8-10 hours. Remove from oven. Remove meat and cover to rest. Defat juices. Whip potatoes and cook carrots to complete meat. Serve with Mirassou Petit Sirah and enjoy!
