Scoop ice cream into dish, drizzle with the best quality balsamic vinegar you can afford. (Balsamico Traditionale would be the best!!! And, we have a fabulous aged 18 years balsamic that is wonderful with ice cream and is affordable.) Serve with fresh berries.
