Drizzling Sauces for Tarts, Pies, Etc

These are not recipes, but ideas on how to use bottled sauces, jams, and preserves to make a sauce to drizzle over desserts, or to make a puddle on a plate so that you can set your dessert or ice cream on top of it.


Raspberry Nectarine Culinary Dessert Sauce...just open and drizzle

Raspberry Jam or Preserves: place in glass measuring cup and microwave on high 30 seconds to melt a little. Stir in orange juice or brandy, port, sherry etc.

Crema Gianduja...Just open and eat with a spoon (oops I mean spread over desserts or warm a little to make it more liquid.
