Poppy Seed Rolls or Loaf

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is assuming you are using a bread machine...if not, just make this recipe in the traditional way without changing any of the ingredients.

1 1/3 cups water or milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast

At the end of the dough cycle, remove dough, form into rolls or a loaf of bread. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and allow to rise in a warm, draft-free location for 1 hour. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes.
