Fresh Apple Juice
apples, washed
wedge of lemon
Wash and cut apples into sections small enough to fit through feed tube of fruit juice extractor. With machine running, push apple sections through machine, followed by the wedge of lemon. Use within a few minutes for maximum vitamin retention.
