Pickled Bacon Frankfurters

4 frankfurters
prepared mustard
1/3 - 1/2 cup pickle relish
1/4 cup diced onions
4 slices bacon

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Make lengthwise slits in frankfurters. Spread with mustard. Spoon relish into slits and top with some onions. Wrap each with bacon and fasten with toothpicks. Place on rack in jelly roll pan. Bake about 15-20 minutes. Serve as it is for a main dish, or cut into small pieces to use as an appetizer.
