Garlic Flank Steak

20 cloves garlic
Peel and slice garlic cloves. Combine garlic, cayenne, mustard, horseradish, vinegar, salt and olive oil in a flat dish. Add steaks, coat meat with marinade. Refrigerate several hours. Grill over medium coals, or use a stove top grill pan. Generally grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium. Using a sharp slicing knige, slice on an angle across the grain and serve with juices. Great served with Syrah or Negrette.
