Anchovy Butter Sauce

12 anchovy fillets
Finely dice anchovy fillets. In small saucepan melt butter over low heat and then stir in anchovies and paprika. Simmer gently 2-3 minutes. Pour over pork, veal, or chicken cutlets just before serving.
