Beef Pepper Poppers

1 Lb. Flank Steak (thinly sliced into strips)
In a large bowl, combine dressing, vinegar and pepper flakes. Take one slice of steak and wrap it around one peperoncini, secure with a toothpick. Marinate in dressing for 2 hours or overnight.
