Hye Roller Sandwich

1 round Hye Roller soft crackerbread
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz interesting spread (Bread Spread)
butter lettuce leaves
avocado slices
marinated artichoke hearts
roasted red bell peppers, thinly sliced
Miz Sassy
crumbled feta cheese

Cover entire bread round with cream cheese. Spread Bread Spread over cheese but only over 3/4 of the round, leaving about 4 inches at one end with cream cheese on it only. Cover with remaining ingredients. Beginning at the end covered with filling, roll the bread as tightly as possible jelly-roll fashion toward the end covered with cream cheese only. Ingredients have a tendency to move down as you roll. Just tuck them under and keep rolling, and seal the cream cheese to the end. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use, or slice with bread knife and serve immediately. Best when used within 48 hours.
