Sobrasata (spreadable) from Spain
small toasts or other crispy crackers
honey
sliced fresh tomatoes
Serrano ham slices (or prosciutto)
Spread toasts with Sobrasata. Add a dash of honey, 1-2 slices fresh tomatoes, and top with a twist of thinly sliced Spanish Serrano ham or prosciutto. Serve with a little sherry.
