Gourmet Lasagna

Teri Toledo

2 pounds hamburger, browned with onions, salt and pepper
2 pounds fresh spinach, cooked
2 cans each peas and corn
16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella
1 cup reggiano cheese, grated
favorite spaghetti sauce seasoned to taste
slices of turkey chicken sausage added for spice
wide pasta layered with veggies and cheese.

Bake 350 degrees about 45 minutes!
