1 pound egg noodle fettuccine
Cook pasta as directed. While it is cooking, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Drain pasta and add to skillet along with the cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Serve immediately. We like this with side slices of Serano Ham or Prosciutto, olives, and carrot sticks.
