Caramel Apple Slices
1 pound ready to use caramel
Place caramel in batter bowl. Microwave on high 40-60 seconds. Stir. Microwave 20-30 seconds more to finish melting. Arrange dark chocolate candy bar pieces on Silpat or waxed paper sheets. Core apples and cut into wedges. Using a fork, dip each apple slice into the caramel mixture to coat it as completely as possible. It will want to slide off, don't worry. Place it on a chocolate piece for the base. Refrigerate abouit 30 minutes, serve. Messy but tasty.
