Baked Sweets with Tantalizing Sauce

sweet potatoes, as desired
Scrub potatoes and pierce the skin with a fork in several places. Place on microwave bacon rack, or other microwave safe trivet. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on high, using about 3 minutes per average sized potato. When tender, allow to cool 5-6 minutes. Slit open, puff up the cooked potato with butter and drizzle on the tantalizing sauce.
