Sweet Rice Meat Balls

1/2 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black powdered pepper
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 cube beef flavor melted in 1/2 teaspoon hot water
1/3 cup sweet rice soaked overnight

Mix all the above ingredients. Mix well. Form into balls 1 inch in diameter. Drain the soaked sweet rice and roll on the meat balls one by one. Arrange them in the steamer and cook until the rice is cooked. The sweet rice meat balls can be eaten as is or with sauce.
