Seasoned Oyster Cracker Snacks

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Herb Seasoned Sea Salt
1 package oyster crackers (about 3 cups or so of crackers)

Heat oil in heavy bottomed large saute pan or skillet just until it is hot with a little haze appearing, but not smoking. Quickly add garlic and seasoned salt and cook about 1 minute. Dump in the crackers, stir to coat with the oil. Heat 1-2 minutes. Serve in a beautiful bowl to be eaten as a snack or to put into soups and chowders.
