If you can't find fresh raw soybeans (edamame), look in the frozen vegetable department. 1/2 cup raw soybeans, shelled and soaked in water (aka Edamame) Soak the soybeans (edamame) in the water about 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In blender or food processor, whirl almonds and sunflower seeds. Dump into batter bowl. Repeat with the soaked soybeans and and the soaking water. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and let stand a few minutes. Press into oiled loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
