Molded Shrimp Salad

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Soak the gelatin in the Madeira and water. Dissolve thoroughly in the hot vegetable stock. Add vinegar. Pour about 1/2 inch or so into 2 quart mold and refrigerate to set it up. Combine the remaining gelatin mixture with celery, horseradish and shrimp. When the gelatin in the mold has set up, add the shrimp mixture. Refrigerate until very firm. Unmold and serve.
