Suppertime Beef Pie

1 package pie crust mix
1# ground beef
1 T olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
1 yellow summer squash (chopped)
1 green squash (chopped)
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 T Mansmith's BBQ paste
1/8 t red pepper flakes
2 T all-purpose flour

Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Divide dough in half, wrap each half, chill for 30 minutes. To prepare filling cook ground beef over medium heat 5-7 minutes. Transfer beef to a bowl. In same skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add green onion, bell pepper, celery and squash, cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Return beef to the skillet, stir in flour, cook 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, Mansmith's BBQ paste and red pepper flakes. Cool completely. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare crust and filling in a 9 inch pie plate. Bake pie until golden 40 to 50 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
