Orange, Tangerine and Grapefruit Salad

1-2 each oranges, tangerines, and grapefruit
cooked tiny pasta (stellette or little noodles)
1 teaspoon olive oil
sea salt and pepper
lettuce leaves
chopped chives or green onion tops
Cranberry Spinach Salad Dressing

Peel each fruit and break fruit into segments. Toss together in a bowl with the cooked pasta, oil, and seasonings. Place on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with green onion. Drizzle with your choice of dressing...French dressing is good and also Cranberry Dressing. For real excitement, add some crumbled Stilton, Bleu de Basques, or other blue veined cheese.
