Tri-Tip Salad

by Juanita Mansmith of Mansmith's BBQ and Seasonings, San Juan Bautista, for San Benito County Beef Week

Leafy greens or spinach leaves, washed and dried
Thinly sliced red onion
Thinly sliced mushrooms
Thinly sliced barbecued tri-tip
Crumbled blue cheese
Any other veggie of your choice: bell peppers, carrots, etc.

Toss with vinaigrette dressing and sprinkle liberally with Mansmith's Grilling Spice.
