Warm Roquefort Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort or other blue cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 shallot, minced
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
1/2 teaspoon tamari
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Combine all ingredients and stir to combine well. Place the mixture in a small casserole dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with bread slices, apple slices, vegetable slices and more!
