And, gluten free, as well! 2 cups water Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In batter bowl, combine water, polenta, butter and salt. Microwave on high, uncovered, 4 minutes. Using a non-stick baking sheet or Silpat, dollop out 6 rounds of the polenta, shaping in rounds and making an indentation in the center but not all the way through. Bake 20-25 minutes.
