Cellophane Wraps

1 package cellophane wrappers (transparent rice paper wraps)
your choice of any cooked vegetable, seafood, or meat mixture
soy sauce for dipping

Soak the wrappers in warm water several minutes to soften. When pliable enough to roll, remove from water and pat dry. On each wrapper, place about 2 teaspoons or so of mixture in the center closer to the bottom. Roll up and over the filling, then fold in the two sides, and then roll until it is a cylinder. Place seam side down on a plate. Allow to stand 10-12 mintues before serving. Serve with soy sauce or other highly flavored sauces as a dip.
