Best Kept Secret

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at I call this "best kept secret" since I usually do not use pre-made ingredients. But, this is so good, make it anyway and just smile when everyone says it is so good.

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2-3 oz. blue cheese (Stilton, Roquefort, etc...)
1 tube refrigerator biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a glass measuring cup, melt butter 30 seconds in microwave. Blend in the crumbled blue cheese. Cut each biscuit into fourths and dip each into the mixture. Place on baking sheet or in mini muffin pans and bake for about 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
