A perfect slice of ripe Brie
Herbed or plain crackers of choice
Apple slices (thin)
Arrange the wedge of Brie on a beautiful platter. Arrange crackers and apple slices around it. Provide several spreaders so that guests will be able to slice off some brie to place on top of either apple or crackers.
