Brie Invested with Tapanade

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This recipe got its name because I made and served it at an investment seminar. Serve this with a buttery Chardonnay, Rhone blend, or a good sparkling wine. You will feel quite wealthy!

1 wedge or wheel of best quality ripe brie
2-3 tablespoons olive or red pepper tapanade (B&R Farms Red Pepper Topping)
freshly snipped herbs or edible flowers for garnish
sliced French bread rounds

On a beautiful platter arrange the brie and spread just a thin layer of tapanade gently over the top. Snip on fresh herbs or flowers. Provide spreaders and lots of sliced bread rounds or crackers.
