Brie with Hot Chili Honey

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 wedge of good quality Brie cheese, just beginning to ooze
2-3 tablespoons raw honey
1/4-1/2 teaspoon chili powder, as desired
fresh pears or apples, sliced

Arrange the brie on a beautiful plate. Whisk together the honey and chili powder or pepper. Drizzle it over the brie. Have a spreader handy, and place a little of the cheese on the fruit slices. Eat and enjoy!
