Crack eggs into microwave egg cooker. Using a toothpick or skewer, pierce a small hole into egg yolk. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on lid. Microwave on high 25-35 seconds. Remove egg to bowl and repeat with remaining eggs. Chop eggs. Wash and trim the broccoli and cut into small pieces and add to eggs. Wash and spin dry the lettuces and tear into bite sized pieces and add to bowl. Toss gently with your choice of a good dressing. (Nantucket Cranberry is great!) Serve.
