Tomato Basil Snacks

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

fresh red-ripe tomatoes, sliced
fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
fresh basil leaves, whole
salt and pepper
extra-virgin olive oil
tiny bread toasts

Arrange the tomatoes, cheese, and basil on plate or directly on the crackers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Just fabulous on a warm summer night with a great bottle of white wine or frosty iced tea.
